Domaine la Haute Févrie is found right in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation, around 18km south-east of Nantes. The estate covers 30 hectares of vineyards divided into several plots, which sit on the piece of land that lies between the waters of the Sèvre and the Maine. All of the vines are managed with environmentally friendly priniciples. hand-harvesting, no chemical fertilizers and with yield control. The domaine create single vineyard Muscadet wines enabling the expression of each individual site in every bottle.
The wine is aged for seven months in stainless steel tank, preserving its freshness. Displaying classic citrus and marine aromas, zip and a subtle spritz it is ideal with bivalves (mussels, oysters, etc.)

This classic, crisp and elegant Cotswold rosé is pale pink in appearance, with strawberry, delicate rose and peach on the nose. Made from our organic Pinot Noir from the Redmoors vineyard, planted in 2016. It is a light red wine with typical varietal aromas of the grape variety, soft balance, complex with red berry fruit and great length of flavour. A whole berry ferment with 50% whole bunches included, aged in large oak vats for 9 months and then has a further 12 months maturing in the bottle.
