The name Old Oaks pays homage to the ancient oak tree that stands sentinel by our Doehole vineyard, symbolizing our commitment to sustainability. A nod to our regenerative farming practices and the Pocket Rainforest project is proudly featured on the label, with proceeds supporting our dedication to land stewardship.

This blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier—nurtured on the distinctive chalky soils of West Sussex—presents an enchanting sensory journey. Aromas of ripe stone fruit and delicate white flowers entice the nose, while its straw-gold hue and fine, energetic bubbles mesmerize the eye.
On the palate, expect a spellbinding interplay of vibrant fruit intensity and elegant chalky acidity, culminating in a finish that lingers with poise and finesse.
Oastbrook Estate Sparkling Cuveé 2014 (6 Bottles) Robertsbridge, Kent, England

This is a rich ripe, full and surprisingly generous Cuvee. Aromas of lemon, pear and apple and hedgerow flowers and hints of brioche. The palate is lovely, lush and elegant and the finish long and equally luscious with a hint of shortbread.
The grapes were pressed in a traditional Coquard press. After fermentation the base wines were kept separate and remained on their gross yeast lees over winter to develop additional complexity and richness. The base wines did not go through malolactic fermentation. Bottled in May 2014 the Cuvee was disgorged on September 2021 and has spent 87 months on the lees. This wine is a blend of 62% Chardonnay 21% Pinot Noir and 17% Pinot Meunier.
