About White Castle Vineyard
Located in the picturesque Welsh countryside, our family-owned vineyard was born from a shared passion for viticulture. Robb and Nicola's journey began in 1993, and by 2009, they had planted their first 4,000 vines. Today, our vineyard boasts 13,500 vines, including Cabernet Franc, the first of its kind in Wales. We're committed to sustainable viticulture, carefully nurturing our vines to produce exceptional Welsh wines.
Our mission is to craft high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of our vineyard. Through sustainable practices and a deep respect for nature, we strive to create wines that embody the true essence of our land.In 2024, we reached a milestone with the construction of Y Gwindy, our very own winery. This achievement solidifies our legacy in Welsh winemaking and enables us to produce wines that showcase the best of Wales.
