We are so proud to announce that our 2022 Pinot Noir is the highest scoring English Pinot Noir of its vintage in the Decanter World Wine Awards 2024. Achieving a prestigious Silver Medal with a whopping 91/100 score, Decanter named our Pinot Noir in the top 50 Pinot's on the world stage.
Bright red cherry and subtle herbal character, lick of pepper brings a pleasant spice, good length with a savoury complexity, developing ahead of its youthful condition.

From our parent vineyard – Eglantine Vineyard in Nottinghamshire – this wine is made from the juice of the Morello Cherry.
It has a lovely fruity bouquet, and a rich, well rounded flavour with some sweetness on the palate. A very popular feature of our range, this wine is good as an aperitif, with dessert, mulled or as a long drink with soda or lemonade. Keeps exceptionally well once opened.
Blackbook “I’d Rather be a Rebel” Rosé 2021 (6 Bottles) Battersea, London, England

Our rosé is made from pinot noir grapes sourced from Clayhill Vineyard in nearby Essex. The grapes are hand-picked into small crates then travel the short distance to our winery in Battersea. After a short cold soak, the grapes are pressed and fermented in old French oak.
The wine spends a further 8 months on lees in tank and barrel and 1 year in bottle prior to release. The result is an expressive and textured rosé with elements of strawberries and cream and ripe red cherry.

This delightful Rosé crafted from 93% Pinot Noir and 7% Merlot, offers a vibrant hue, along with aromas of roses, violets, and cherry blossom that lead to an array of fresh flavors, including red apple, cranberry, red currants, and gooseberry. Enjoy a truly unforgettable taste of summer.
It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste. Enjoy this wine with roast beef, mushroom risotto, or game dishes. Well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish. Pairs perfectly with shellfish, fresh salads, and a variety of cheeses.
