This wine presents aromas of red fruits, buttery brioche and almonds on the nose perfectly balanced with juicy nectarine, baked apples, and our signature flint minerality on the finish.

This food friendly wine would be a perfect partner to smoked fish, roast chicken or creamy risotto dishes.

The Lady of Charmat is a multi-vintage sparkling brut rosé made from grapes grown at Off The Line vineyard. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks with a secondary fermentation taking place in a tank, a method known as ‘the Charmat method’.

This vivid pink, dry sparkling rosé is easy drinking and fruit driven. It has definition and expresses red fruit flavours with character and identity.

Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.

This wine reveals a delicate light pink hue, reflecting its fresh and vibrant character. The bouquet is lively and persistent, offering inviting fruity aromas with notes of pineapple and strawberry. On the palate, it is soft and slightly mineral, delivering a well-rounded, balanced profile.
