Isabel Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2024 (6 Bottles) Marlborough, New Zealand

Isabel Estate is one of the original Marlborough vineyards with some of the oldest vines in the region on original rootstock. Throughout the 1980s the couple planted key noble varietals and began to deliver fruit of exceptional quality, in high demand from premium and internationally renowned wine producers. Under the leadership of Chief Winemaker Jeremy McKenzie, the winery continues to build its reputation for award winning Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir but is also producing world class Chardonnay. Recognised and awarded, the estate has won. All fruit is estate grown from the 54 hectares of vines, most of which are now organic.
This Sauvignon blanc has an alluring nose displaying notes of fresh passionfruit and citrus, with hints of lemongrass and stone fruit. The palate is concentrated and layered with bright citrus and tropical fruits giving way to a creamy mid palate and mineral finish. A perfect match with whole barbecued fish or freshly steamed mussels.

Heppington Chardonnay 2022 (6 Bottles) Canterbury, Kent, England

Light and easy drinking white wine. Very fresh notes on nose and palate along with some delicate fruit.
A food-friendly drop to say the least, this Chardonnay will flourish in the company of shellfish. Or, for a simple yet luxurious supper with friends, serve it alongside a lobster linguine.
