Wayford Pinot Noir is a premium English sparkling wine crafted from meticulously tended Pinot Noir vines in the picturesque Somerset countryside.
Characteristics of delicate pink hue with a subtle sparkle, aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and hints of toasted bread and flavours of juicy red berries, citrus, and a touch of sweetness.
A perfect pairing for delicate fish dishes, such as smoked salmon or poached trout. Fresh fruit, cheese, and charcuterie boards. Romantic picnics or sunset gatherings.

This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “vermouth”! The white wine base is from our Dorset grown grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine spirit distilled at Melbury Vale. We then blend with all natural extracts and lime syrup. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly zingy and refreshing wine is best served really chilled. You can serve it in a pitcher with ice and garnish with fresh mint, or pour into a glass over ice with Gin to create a Gin Mist! It’s so refreshing it is perfect with salty snacks as an aperitif!
