We are so proud to announce that our Stag Oak Reserve 2022 has won a Silver Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2024, with a whopping 90/100 points! A firm favourite in the wine-makers household this is a truly sumptuous wine.
A lightly oaked chardonnay blend, dry with a round palate of pear, peach, yellow apple, and citrus fruit. Creamy, butterscotch notes with a good use of light oak showing vanilla and toast, adding structure and complexity. This is a voluptuous wine with a rich long finish. Bluebell Hindleap Barrel Aged Blanc de Blancs 2017 (6 Bottles) Furners Green, East Sussex, England

Ashdown Boundary Block is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavors of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries.
It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste. Enjoy this wine with roast beef, mushroom risotto, or game dishes. Well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish. Pairs perfectly with shellfish, fresh salads, and a variety of cheeses.
