Smith and Evans Trilogy One Multi Vintage (6 Bottles) Langport, Somerset, England

£234.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

A blend of the reserve wines from our first three vintages 2010,11 and 12. This wine was made with no added sulphur or dosage (sugar). It is very rich and full flavoured. Decanter Magazine scored this 95 ut of 100 calling it a complex edgy glass of fizz.

Greyfriars Vineyard Blanc de Noirs 2016 (6 Bottles) Puttenham, Surrey, England

£195.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY INCLUDED

The wine showcases a delightfully delicate golden hue, bursting with aromas and flavours of honeyed red apples. Subtle hints of crisp red berries such as cranberry and redcurrant add freshness and vibrancy to the overall profile. A touch of butter and brioche emerges on the palate, giving the wine a delicately creamy finesse on the finish.

We recommend this as an aperitif or a celebration wine but the outstanding balance of the wine will also be a treat with lighter roasted meats such as pheasant or duck, soft cheeses and truffle based dishes.

Ridgeview Oak Reserve (6 Bottles) Ditchling Common, East Sussex, England

£510.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

The late-disgorged sibling to our original Oak Reserve. Extended lees ageing has mellowed and integrated the oak element, while enhancing complexity. A captivating wine, delivering both luxury and impeccable precision.

Small parcels of our home vineyard Chardonnay were carefully selected across three exceptional vintages and gently pressed in whole bunches. Predominantly barrel fermented in a combination of old and new, toasted
Burgundy and Loire oak barrels, a small selection of base wines also underwent malolactic conversion. Following secondary bottle fermentation in our naturally cool, underground cellars, our second-release Oak Reserve then spent 60 months on lees before disgorging, with six months on cork to complete its journey.

Goodworth 2019 Brut Classic Blend (6 Bottles) Andover, Hampshire, England

£203.00
by Wines by Cellars

Showing a good balance between its light body and delicate bubbles, it is bright, slightly golden in colour with a good effervescence. Bright pear and gala apple flavours marry with light toasty notes of fresh bread dough on the palate for a refreshing experience. Harmonious and delicate with a great freshness. Delicious as an apéritif but also recommended with oysters and sushi and many other light fish dishes.
