Aldwick Estate Woodlands Oak Bacchus 2022 (6 Bottles) Bristol, Somerset, England

£120.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

This limited-edition Bacchus, crafted by winemaker Dave Morris, is a true expression of elegance and complexity. Harvested in October 2022 and bottled in August 2023, it has been barrel-fermented and left unfiltered and unfined, resulting in a rich, medium-bodied wine.

On the nose, it reveals an enticing floral bouquet, underscored by delicate honeysuckle aromas. The palate is vibrant and layered, offering a harmony of tropical fruit, zesty grapefruit, and subtle oak nuances. The smooth texture and refined structure make it a delightful vegan-friendly choice.

Biddenden Vineyards Ortega (6 Bottles) Biddenden, Kent, England

£99.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Semi-aromatic on the nose, displaying appealing fresh aromas of green apple, grapefruit, cut grass and flora, whilst the palate is medium bodied, crisp and deliciously fruity. May be served as an aperitif, this white would also pair well with lightly spicy dishes and seafood.

Ortega is our signature wine and was one of the first varieties planted in 1969. We have been producing our popular Biddenden Ortega since 1972, and have kept the original Germanic style label as a historical memento.

Biddenden was one of the first vineyards to plant Ortega in the UK in the late 1960’s. Today Ortega covers just over half of the vineyard. Ortega grapes ripen early and are known for their low acidity and high sugar levels. Ortega is widely used in dry still wines, and can also be used to make sweet wines.

Denbies Bacchus Fizz (6 Bottles) Dorking, Surrey, England

£88.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

The nose and palate are both packed with notes expected from this variety, namely elderflower and ripe citrus. Crafted using the modern method of carbonation, as opposed to traditional fermentation.

Plumpton Estate Brut Classic NV (6 Bottles) Plumpton, East Sussex, England

£208.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Dry, with crisp acidity and a delicate, persistent mousse. This wine displays crisp apple and citrus fruit notes perfectly balanced with creamy brioche roundness and a long refreshing finish. Quality English sparkling wine at its finest!

Plumpton Estate Brut Classic NV is made by the traditional method using a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Grapes are hand-picked and fermented before our winemaker carefully crafts our signature blend with the help of our wine students. The wine spends at least 2 years ageing on lees in the bottle before riddling and disgorging.
