Sandridge Barton Sharpham Classic Cuvée 2021 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England

£216.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

A subtle oxidative style of sparkling wine produced in the traditional method and matured on the lees for 20 months. We have built more complexity into the base wine, maturing in French oak and on the lees prior to bottling, which offers up a more savoury style of English sparkling wine.

The colour has an amber hint in the glass and aromas of baked red apple, sultana, caramel and lemon rind. The palate is dry and has flavours of red apple and toasted baking spice, with a focussed acidity, soft lees tannin and delicate mousse.

Artelium Blank Canvas 2021 (6 Bottles) Streat, East Sussex, England

£185.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

A delicious, intentionally accessible style of wine with fruit purity at the fore. Those seeking layers of complexity will find them in the subtle minerality and refreshing acid structure that holds the wine together so well.

Pinot Gris offers all the elegance, fine-bubble texture and finesse of Artelium’s core range, but the use of Pinot Gris rather than the traditional varieties gives this wine a pear, peach and soft-citrus profile that is easy to drink and ever so moreish!

Furleigh Estate Pinot Rosé 2023 (6 Bottles) Bridport, Dorset, England

£137.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Delightful dry and delicate rosé packed with soft summer fruits. It has a very pale salmon colour and fine legs. On the nose, enticing aromas of wild strawberry and redcurrant are enhanced by peach melba, nectarine and kumquat. Appealing flavours of rosehip, redcurrant and whitecurrant dance on the palate with a touch of ruby grapefruit. It is subtle and elegant with uplifting acidity and freshness which gives it a lively mouthfeel. Savour the juicy flavour on the vibrant long finish.

Serve chilled with salmon or tunafish tartare. Enjoy it with grilled sardines or barbecued fish skewers. Excellent with assorted tapas, antipasti or a charcuterie platter. Also good with tomato bruschetta or tomato provençale and garlic croutons.

Hazel End Stackyard Sparkling Brut 2023 (6 Bottles) Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, England

£93.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Hazel End's first sparkling wine made by the Charmat method - i.e. the second fermentation is in a tank instead of a bottle - which means it's quicker to make and easier on the pocket! Lots of fruit and crisp acidity.
