Little Waddon Col Fondo Sparkling White 2022 (6 Bottles) Waddon, Dorset, England

£154.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING AVAILABLE

Introducing our award-winning Little Waddon Vineyard Sparkling White Col Fondo 2022. Made in the Italian ancestral method, Col Fondo undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, with the lees (sediment) adding complexity and texture.

Crafted from hand-destemmed, foot-crushed Phoenix and Seyval Blanc grapes grown on our Jurassic Coast vineyard, this low-intervention wine showcases our unique terroir. Wild fermentation, malolactic fermentation, cold curing over winter, and bottle fermentation create delicate frizzante bubbles.

The wine offers aromas of honeysuckle, peach, and almond, balanced by fresh lime acidity and an elderflower finish. Winner of Silver at the 2023 WineGB West Competition.

Meophams Oakmead White (6 Bottles) Meopham, Kent, England

£84.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

This clean, crisp white wine is crafted from a blend of Madeleine Angevine and Reichensteiner grapes, lightly pressed to preserve their delicate character. Expressive and aromatic, it offers enticing notes of white stone fruit and red apple on the nose, followed by layers of white peach and grapefruit on the palate.

Bright white in appearance, this wine showcases a well-balanced English acidity that complements its soft, yet enduring finish. A refreshing choice, it captures the essence of elegance and complexity in every sip, making it an excellent companion for any occasion.

Coolhurst Demi-Sec Rosé Vintage 2017 (6 Bottles) Horsham, West Sussex, England

£282.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY INCLUDED

2017 was a cracking vintage for Pinot Noir. A pale salmon colour with a fine mousse, this is a off-dry wine. The sweetness is subtle, carried by bags of red fruit, cranberries, rhubarb and strawberries on the front palate, and pronounced Pinot Noir character on the finish.

The profile is a natural partner for desserts and provides a wonderful counter to rich salty foods, cheeses and even spice.

This is an extremely limited production of less than 1200 bottles. Our first release, the 2016, sold out in under 3 weeks following a silver medal at The Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships 2020! This 2017 scored 91 points in the Tim Atkin MW England 2022 Special Wine Report, described as “expansive, subtle with herbal, raspberry and blossom notes, it continues to be the afternoon-tea wine of choice!”

We are very proud to get that level of recognition.
