Wild Rose Sparkling Rosé captivates with its delicate wild-rose pink hue, exuding elegance and complexity. On the nose, vibrant aromas of ripe red berries intertwine with subtle floral nuances.

The palate is a delightful balance of freshness and bright fruit, with luscious notes of strawberries and raspberries complemented by a soft, creamy texture, a result of partial malolactic fermentation. This harmonious interplay concludes with a beautifully long, refined finish.

Aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees and rested an additional six months on cork post-disgorgement, this sparkling rosé demonstrates exceptional maturity and finesse.

Wild Rose shines alongside sashimi and maki rolls, enhanced by the salty tang of soy sauce and the zing of fresh ginger. It also pairs effortlessly with charcuterie boards and cheese platters.
