Three Squirrels is a delightful blend of Müller-Thurgau, Huxelrebe, and Reichensteiner—three German grape varieties from vines planted over 25 years ago.
The wine offers a hint of Muscat’s characteristic sweetness, balanced beautifully by its crisp, refreshing acidity, making it irresistibly moreish. The 2013 vintage boasts impressive effervescence and vibrant character, a testament to the meticulous care behind its production. Its lively bubbles add to the charm, though opening it in the kitchen is recommended! This sparkling wine embodies the heritage and craftsmanship of Hazel End, making it a perfect choice for celebrations or simply enjoying a glass of something special.
Oastbrook Estate Pinot Blanc 2023 (6 Bottles) Robertsbridge, Kent, England

The wine presents a lemon/light gold colour, a generous bouquet of ripe pear, peach, honeydew melon, grapefruit and hints quince followed by well-defined and complex fruit characteristics, fresh crisp acidity and minerality with plenty of character on the palate.
100% Alsatian Clone Pinot Blanc, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a splash of fruits and flavours of fruit with crispy acidity.
De Haan Altés Diluvio Albariño 2024 (6 Bottles) Rías Baixas, Spain

In addition to working with his wife Núria Altés on their ambitious joint project in Terra Alta, Herència Altés, Rafael De Haan has spent the last 10 years sourcing wines across Spain for his excellent négociant business, Bodegas Abanico. In the process he fell in love with the diverstiy of Spanish terroir, especially some lesser-known appellations and unusual varietals. This inspired him to launch the De Haan Altés Custom Cuvées project; Rafael partners with local winemakers he has known for years to craft unique, exceptionally-made cuvees that are the ultimate expressions of their respective terroirs.
Straw colour with a steely green rim. Bright and clean. Varied aromas, fruit and citrus predominating, apple and stone-fruit hints, with some flower notes. Tasty and well-structured in the mouth. Intense aftertaste with fruity and floral hints.
12.5% ABV.

Made from our very best parcels of Bacchus grapes, a unique expression of Bacchus from some of our oldest vines. The Orpheus is a wine of great finesse, a limited range only made in selected years. The 2023 vintage is a well structured, elegant, dry white wine. On the nose you find undertones of gooseberry, elderflower and pink grapefruit. The precise citrus and pink grapefruit aromas follow through seamlessly on the palate developing into elegant, mouth watering stone fruits. A delightfully well balanced wine.
