Oxney Estate Organic Wines Chardonnay 2022 (6 Bottles) Rye, East Sussex, England

A Chardonnay that just keeps getting better and better! Fresh and bright on the nose and mouth, with lemon, citrus zest and a lovely savoury salinity. This Chardonnay is a real winner to enjoy on it’s own or alongside fish and chicken dishes served with creamy lemon and dill sauces. Is your mouth watering yet?
The fruit was picked mid October, de-stemmed and pressed with partial wild yeast fermentation with over 70% in oak barrels, 5.4% of it new, and the rest of the ferment in stainless steel.
The 2022 was one of those glorious wine grape growing years. Spring started out mild and frost free. Summer brought so much sun along with the heat and drought, the clay soils loved it! Autumn was kind enough to offer a bountiful harvest and perfect ripeness for our still wines.

Court Garden Ditchling Sparkling Solo (6 Bottles) Ditchling, East Sussex, England

This is an exciting new premium blend to partner the gold medal winning Ditchling Quartet. 100% Chardonnay. This wine has been barrel fermented for delicious depth and mouth feel. Traditional method with long aging on the lees has ensured a rich and complex wine. The dry style balances the structure which has plenty of aging potential.
Poulton Hill Bulari White (6 Bottles) Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England

The word Bulari is derived from the Latin word Bullarum, meaning bubbles. The Cotswolds, in which the Poulton Hill Estate is located, is steeped in Roman history, with the Roman town of Cirencester close by.
A beautiful pale gold in appearance, this Bulari has a vibrant nose of freshly cut green apple and pear with citrusy notes of orange peel, lemon and hints of lime zest. The palate is filled with mouth-watering fruits of juicy apple at the forefront, hints of grapefruit and lemon (sherbet) together with a fine mousse creates a wonderfully well rounded mouthfeel with a crisp, clean finish.
