A bit of an ice-queen Chardonnay. An elegant, aloof wine that feels as if it’s white linen ironed to a blade. A whisper of oak-spice trapped in steel. It’s a lemon-etched, stone-edged, coiled-up, taut slip of a wine. Lime, salt and spice. Mouth-watering.
