Saffron Grange Blanc de Blancs 2021 (6 Bottles) Saffron Walden, Essex, England

We are so thrilled to introduce our first ever Saffron Grange Blanc de Blancs; a style of wine that we personally love here and have wanted to showcase for a while. Due to a bumper crop of Chardonnay in 2021 we were able to finally achieve this and now it’s ready for you to get your hands on!
This signature vintage wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, gently pressed and then aged for a minimum of 26 months in bottle and on its’ yeast lees and was disgorged in the summer to allow the wine to fully integrate before its release.
This Blanc de Blancs is abundant with orchard fruits, apple blossom and candied lemon on the nose with delicate yuzu, white peaches and a hint of flaky pastry on the palate. The finish is long with an elegant, flinty minerality.
We recommend enjoying this wine chilled on its own as an aperitif or, with seared scallops, creamy chicken cooked in a white wine sauce or with artisanal British cheeses.

A delightful union of Regent and Pinot Noir, the Flying Pig red blend is a light and fruit-forward wine crafted with finesse by winemaker Steve Brooksbank.
Bursting with vibrant aromas of black cherry and ripe plum, the nose is as inviting as it is expressive. On the palate, juicy and mouth-watering acidity is beautifully complemented by smooth, supple tannins, making this wine both refreshing and approachable.
Serve slightly chilled to enjoy its youthful charm and easy drinkability—a true crowd-pleaser that pairs effortlessly with casual gatherings or relaxed dining. At just 10.5% ABV, it’s as enjoyable for its lightness as for its glug-worthy appeal.
