Made from a blend of Bacchus and Pinot Gris, The English Gent is bursting with aromas of blossom and white meadow flowers. On the palate, notes of grapefruit, orange peel and white stone fruit, make way for a juicy golden apples.
For a truly British pairing, try it with a succulent Sunday roast chicken. Or equally as good, for sipping away a carefree evening

Grape Varieties - 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
It boasts a lovely, delicate pink colour with fragrant red berry aromas and a touch of spice. Fresh and fruity with rich flavours of cherries and blackberries and a wonderfully rounded and complex palate.
This wine is the perfect aperitif but will also be a fantastic match with a baked trout fillet with lemons. A real treat for a dinner party!
This is the eighth release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes which were lovingly hand picked from our Monkshatch plot at the end of the first week of October 2019.
Two thirds of the grapes were crushed and destemmed and soaked for two hours prior to pressing to obtain the lovely light ‘salmon pink’ colour before fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
One third of the grapes were whole bunch pressed with the base wine (using only the Cuvée) fermented and aged in used oak barrels. Both batches went through malolactic fermentation.
Poulton Hill Arlington Red (6 Bottles) Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England

Named after the Arlington cottages in Bibury, this delicious red wine was handpicked and produced by the multi-award winning Poulton Hill Vineyard.
Deep ruby in appearance, with a beautiful nose of cherry, blackberry and hints of strawberry. The palate is medium bodied, bursting with English red berries, further dark cherry and damson at the forefront. Subtle oak and soft tannin make for a wonderfully well-balanced finish.
