Henners Gardner Street Classic 2023 (6 Bottles) Herstmonceux, East Sussex, England

£132.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Gardner Street has the classic floral, elderflower note we have come to know of contemporary Bacchus, married with a touch of ripe stone fruit from the barrel fermented Chardonnay.

Sourced from vineyard partners in Essex and Kent we harvested the vineyard parcels separately and fermented as small lots to allow the expression of their respective sites to shine through. 30% of the blend was fermented in neutral 300L French oak barrels and
allowed to go through malolactic fermentation, while the remaining parcels were fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel and did not go through malolactic fermentation.

Ashling Park Estate Cuvée (6 Bottles) Chichester, West Sussex, England

£205.00
by Wines by Cellars

SHIPPING???

A beautifully crafted sparkling wine, the Classic Cuvée captivates with its crisp precision, impressive persistence, and harmonious balance. While delightful to enjoy now, its structure hints at remarkable ageing potential.

This blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier—nurtured on the distinctive chalky soils of West Sussex—presents an enchanting sensory journey. Aromas of ripe stone fruit and delicate white flowers entice the nose, while its straw-gold hue and fine, energetic bubbles mesmerize the eye.

On the palate, expect a spellbinding interplay of vibrant fruit intensity and elegant chalky acidity, culminating in a finish that lingers with poise and finesse.

Artelium Blank Canvas 2021 (6 Bottles) Streat, East Sussex, England

A delicious, intentionally accessible style of wine with fruit purity at the fore. Those seeking layers of complexity will find them in the subtle minerality and refreshing acid structure that holds the wine together so well.
