Hambledon Zéro Dosage Rosé (6 Bottles) Hambledon, Hampshire, England

Our Hambledon Zéro Dosage Rosé is produced exclusively from estate-grown Meunier grapes in the historic village of Hambledon in Hampshire.
Hambledon’s cool climate combined with ancient chalky soils creates an ideal terroir to show this grape’s true potential. This is a gastronomic Fizz, free from categorization, born from our winemaker’s artistry.
This is a fine example of the depth and complexity that Meunier can produce whilst showcasing an energy and freshness that can be independently served or paired with food throughout a meal.
A beautiful, vivid wild-strawberry pink with a hue of red onion skin on the rim. On the nose, magnolia blossom is followed stridently by perfumed wild-strawberry compote with hints of buttered white sourdough toast. The palate is rich and mouth filling with flavours of strawberry balanced by zingy tart cranberry and pithy Amalfi lemon notes. The texture is creamy with a clean, crisp, yeasty finish.

Our barrel fermented Chardonnay has been fermented in French oak barrels to add a rich texture to the wine. The time spent in barrel delivers beautiful flavours of baked apple and stone fruit perfectly balanced with juicy acidity. Serve chilled with buttered scallops, white fish or creamy pasta.

First made here at Dedham Vale Vineyard in 2018, we named Willow Lake after the beautiful view that greets you on arrival. Due to its huge popularity on the 2019 tours, it quickly sold out. We've aimed to replicate the aromas and flavour that made it so popular and we are very pleased with the 2019 vintage.
A fresh wine, with apricots and almonds on the nose followed by tropical fruits and greengages on the palate. It is the perfect English wine for summer.
