Our rose is a careful blend of elegant Madeleine Angevine and fruity Rondo which affords it a pretty pink blush.
From year to year, it keeps its distinctive wild strawberry bouquet with white fruit and flowers, but in recent years it has developed notes of raw sugar and pink grapefruit.

The palate is crisp and wonderfully balanced, bursting with gooseberry, pear and creamy apple, which leads to a long, clean and satisfying finish. This wine is perfect to drink alone or with pasta dishes, Thai cuisine, seafood and cheese.

This is quite possibly the best sparkling wine that we’ve made so far. The 2018 combines the richness of our 2013 and the depth of 2011 a balance that gives the best of both worlds. The wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .
It was disgorged in late 2023after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.
