Fresh red berries on the palate alongside crisp red apple give an initially bright attack, with the suggestion of stone fruits giving a slighter rounder feel to the wine. Floral notes linger on the palate giving an elegant finish.

With a fine mousse, notes of orange blossom, white fruits and honey. The wine is enriched by 36 months of ageing on lees, giving a long finish of freshly baked brioche.
