Crimson red in colour and loaded with red berry fruits, the medium-bodied dry palate is smooth and rich with a velvety texture.
Rondo and Pinot Noir combine to create this medium bodied red wine with hints of blackcurrant and rose petals. Light and fresh with a good acidity it’s the ideal summer red that can be served lightly chilled.

Our Ortega is made hand-picked grapes, harvested early October, the Ortega grapes from Kent started fermenting in our winery on the 6th of October. The pale yellow juice aged in a stainless steel tank and in a 3rd vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.
This white wine starts with a floral and citrus nose. The palate has flavours of peach, citrus and flowers leading to a long finish.
Merstone Ortega pairs perfectly with seafood, fish and chicken dishes or can be enjoyed on its own.
