This 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine presents a sophisticated balance of freshness and complexity. Crafted from a blend of predominantly 2016 vintage wine with 15% reserve Chardonnay from 2015, it exudes elegance.
On the nose, vibrant aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and a hint of toasted brioche entice the senses. The palate offers a delightful interplay of creamy texture and bright acidity, revealing layers of lemon curd, crisp pear, and subtle hazelnut. A refined minerality underpins the flavours, leading to a clean, enduring finish. Disgorged in February 2024, this wine showcases precision and artistry, making it a versatile choice for any occasion.

The latest sparkling addition to our family this is a delicious English Sparkling wine made in the traditional method. Beautifully crafted with notes of strawberries, cream and brioche on the nose, a fine mousse which dances on the palate. An evocative taste of English Summer at its best.
Greyfriars Vineyard Sparkling Rosé Reserve 2019 (6 Bottles) Puttenham, Surrey, England

Grape Varieties - 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
It boasts a lovely, delicate pink colour with fragrant red berry aromas and a touch of spice. Fresh and fruity with rich flavours of cherries and blackberries and a wonderfully rounded and complex palate.
This wine is the perfect aperitif but will also be a fantastic match with a baked trout fillet with lemons. A real treat for a dinner party!
This is the eighth release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes which were lovingly hand picked from our Monkshatch plot at the end of the first week of October 2019.
Two thirds of the grapes were crushed and destemmed and soaked for two hours prior to pressing to obtain the lovely light ‘salmon pink’ colour before fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
One third of the grapes were whole bunch pressed with the base wine (using only the Cuvée) fermented and aged in used oak barrels. Both batches went through malolactic fermentation.

This Bacchus is our new 2022 harvest release and has recently won a bronze award from the WineGB 2023 Awards. Made from 100% Bacchus, this wine has an exuberant bouquet of pinapple and mango, and a touch of fresh bay leaf.
This wine shows Bacchus’ incredible aromatic charm. It has a dry, crisp refreshing wine, perfect as a chilled aperitif or accompany seafood.
