Domaine Pinchinat has quietly been producing organic wines since 1990, long before it was a trendy word in the region. Situated at the foot of the famous Montagne Sainte-Victoire, 25km east of Aix en Provence, the winery has 75 acres of vineyards at 280m above sea level. The soils here are composed of clay and limestone making it a haven for vine growing.

Pale pink in colour and light in style, it is a classic Provence rosé to the core. Delicate hints of melon, peach and apricot on the nose are also present on the palate. The finish is persistent and fresh.
