Plumpton Estate Medium Sweet Ortega 2021 (6 Bottles) Plumpton, East Sussex, England

£124.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

The Ortega grapes are hand-harvested and transported to the winery where they are destemmed, crushed, and pressed. The ferment was tasted daily and stopped at desired residual sugar level by chilling and filtering. The yeast was specially selected and was a sweet wine yeast Zymaflore ST. This yeast is susceptible to cold shock, making it easy to stop the ferment.

An aromatic medium sweet wine, well balanced with uplifting aromas of peach, gooseberry and elderflower.

Heppington Pinot Noir 2023 (6 Bottles) Canterbury, Kent, England

This is a versatile English red wine that gets along amicably with a wide variety of dishes. In particular, this Pinot will pair perfectly with rich, earthy flavours.
