Raimes Blanc de Noirs 2019 (6 Bottles) Alresford, Hampshire, England

£215.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Ripe orchard fruits. Lovely, fresh and well balanced with a hint of toasty background notes.

The nose is of redcurrants, sweet red apples and peach with suggestions of pastry and lemon shortbread. The palate is very fruit forward, thanks to the fruits of the ripe 2019 vintage. But it’s perfectly judged, bringing forward a creamy generosity to balance the taut red berry and crisp apple flavours.

Digby Vintage Reserve Brut Half Bottle 2013 (6 Bottles) Arundel, West Sussex, England

£168.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Half the wine – double the fun! Experience our trophy-winning flagship wine in miniature – the perfect stocking filler.

Dominated by Chardonnay grown on greensand, the smaller format of this wine retains the ‘sophisticated yet racy’ style that defines the Digby range. And you’ll notice different effects of ageing to the full-sized versions, with lovely rich, rounded flavours peeking through for a sumptuous sparkling treat.

WineGB named the larger bottle ‘Supreme Champion’ of 2023 and it is the official English sparkling of the House of Commons and the Royal Navy’s flagship, HMS Queen Elizabeth.

Bluestone Vineyard Blanc de Noirs 2019 (6 Bottles) Cholderton, Wiltshire, England

£390.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

he 2019 Blanc de Noirs is an almost equal blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier at 51% and 49% respectively, with a small addition of 3% reserve wine.

It was bottled in September 2020 and disgorged in November 2023, thus spending more than our minimum of three years on lees for our sparkling white wines. It has now spent over a year on cork, which has given us confidence, after tasting of course, that it is in a sweet spot and ready to be released and enjoyed.

Perfect for your celebrations with friends and family.

Sugrue The Trouble With Dreams 2020 (6 Bottles) Haywards Heath, West Sussex, England

£265.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Wine is emotion. And every release of The Trouble with Dreams is emotional.

More than twelve years after what should have been the inaugural vintage of The Trouble with Dreams – from the vineyard that Dermot initially planted to make wine for the monastic order of Catholic priests at Storrington Priory – the 2020 vintage marks a new and significant development we could not be happier about.

The hopes of the 2008 vintage were dashed when virtually all the grapes were devoured overnight by birds ("That's the trouble with dreams", Father Paul McMahon demurred). However, exactly 10 miles west of Storrington a larger site of older vines on extremely chalky ground proffered their second crop... Coldharbour Vineyard has now featured in all of our vintages since 2019, and it's a vineyard that we have farmed ourselves since 2023.

Around a decade ago, the first Trouble with Dreams vintages went on sale – the 2009, 2010, and 2011 rapidly gaining critical acclaim as among the best sparkling wines in the UK. Every subsequent vintage has had big shoes to fill, and we’re delighted to say the 2020 lives up to expectations – while there's still mineral geology at its core, there's a little more richness to the fruit.
