Albourne Estate Sussex Rosé 2023 (6 Bottles) Albourne, West Sussex, England

With the palest of pink hues our Sussex Rosé is elegant, refreshing and very moreish. Made predominantly from Pinot Noir, our Provençal-style rosé delivers a fresh crisp minerally palate with delicate aromas of red summer fruits.
As ever, this wine is perfect for sipping or food matching. We recommend to drink chilled at around 6 – 8°C, preferably in the sunshine with friends!
Sandridge Barton Don’t Feed the Ponies Figgie Daniel 2022 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England

An energetic wine with a lively spritz. This wine is unfiltered and unfined and contains the lees in the bottle. Col Fondo means 'with the bottom' in Italian, referring to the leftover lees sediment. This is the method in which Prosecco was produced before being overly commercialised but is now regaining popularity.
This wine is light and spritzy with green apple, lemon rind, elderflower and yeasty characters. We recommend a gentle shake before serving to distribute the sediment.
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow. For every bottle purchased from this range, we'll donate 25p to the Dartmoor Preservation Association to preserve the natural habitat.

Our Pinot Rosé wine is now available to order. A truly delightful and refreshing summer wine!
Made entirely from our own grown Pinot varieties, this wine is a mix of 45% Pinot Noir (mix of clones), 40% Pinot Noir Precoce and 15% Pinot Meunier. With our warm summer of 2023 the result is an intoxicating aroma of red summer fruit produce.
On the mouth the first taste is distinctly of ripe raspberries and loganberries followed by pomegranate and perhaps some red currant. The wine leaves a smooth and rounded finish. This is well balanced and a delight to drink on a summer’s afternoon – with or without food!
