Burn Valley Blanc de Blanc 2021 (6 Bottles) Fakenham, Norfolk

This stunning single vintage traditional sparkling wine is our first 100% Chardonnay, Blanc de Blanc. Beautifully bright, with a pale yellow appearance and fine bubble structure, it is a perfect celebration drink.
Aromas of ripe apple, and citrus develop into a well rounded, soft palate. The wine has a lovely finish accentuated by an underlying brioche note.

Our multi-vintage blend uses fruit from all varieties and areas of our single vineyard to produce a wine that displays the unique qualities of the whole site. Using reserve wines, aged in oak, that have been carefully built up and nurtured from our very first harvest, we can add layers of complexity and texture to each wine. Every numbered release has it’s own identity and make up, which we love to celebrate. No 8 is based on the wonderful Pinot year that is 2019. It was a cooler and longer ripening season than 2018 and gives this wine a more elegant and focussed structure. The pronounced Pinot character is already giving lovely toasty complexity which will continue to build over the next few years. Enjoy on release but will also reward further ageing.
Velfrey Naturiol Seyval Blanc 2022 (6 Bottles) Narberth, Pembrokeshire, Wales

Natural fermentation, low alcohol dry white wine made from Seyval Blanc grapes from our vineyard in Pembrokeshire.
After a dry, hot summer the 2022 vintage of Naturiol was picked on the 28th October 2022.
It has been naturally fermented meaning no added yeast or sugar, no filtration or fining were used to avoid stripping out the flavour compounds.
On the nose the wine presents fresh and with notes of pear, marizpan and a slight touch of aniseed. On the palate it is light-textured yet brimming with crunchy orchard fruit, such as green apple and yellow pear. A soft mouthfeel, and a long, zingy aftertaste.
