Produced from Pinot Noir and Reichensteiner in the traditional method, an off-dry sparkling rosé with blushing damask rose tones which come to life thanks to the inexhaustible stream of bubbles. This has enough ‘classic chard’ to please traditionalists, but real intrigue via lemon and mountain herb notes to interest the keenest of inquisitive palettes. On the palate, a vibrant, fruit-driven profile emerges, led by citrus notes of lemon and lime, followed by layers of green apple and apricot.
