Nose: Cedar & Vanilla aromas
Palette: Excellent fruit and tanning balance. Hints of chocolate and liquorice all complemented by the subtle ageing in oak barrels.

This is quite possibly the best sparkling wine that we’ve made so far. The 2015 combines the richness of our 2013 and the crisp fresh side of 2014 a balance that gives the best of both worlds. The wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .
It was disgorged in late 2019 after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.

They pick their fruit at optimum ripeness, which is why their Sauvignon Blanc is smoother, gentler and less acidic than others.
This wine is what reflects the premium regional style that has made Marlborough world famous. This Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, crisp and fragrant with lots of rich tropical fruit flavours. Enjoy it now, well chilled with some lobster.
