Ripe, fleshy pear and English apple on the nose with hints of violets and turkish delight. The palate is soft and textured but also fresh and crisp.
A generous length of pink grapefruit, almonds and biscuit pastry rounds off this complex wine.
The fruit was harvested by hand from our own vines and a parcel from Martin's Lane Vineyard in the Crouch Valley, Essex. To express the complexity of the Bacchus grape, we use a multitude of techniques that respect both the traditional and more novel methods of winemaking.

Hip Rosé 2022 is made from Pinot Noir grown at Off The Line vineyard. 2022 was a year that produced grapes of excellent quality. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed, aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with lees stirring.
It’s super pale in colour, dry and Provencal is style. Linear it yields stone fruit, redcurrant, savoury and floral tones with a refreshing finish.

This Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc based sparkling wine is quintessentially English; an English garden in a glass! The Rondo is whole bunch pressed and fermented in Stainless Steel tanks to preserve the rich berry fruits. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are whole bunch pressed and aged in French oak 225L barrels to add smooth structure and body. There are aromas of Citrus, Mulberry, blackcurrants and strawberries coupled with delicious summer fruit freshness on the palate. Enjoy on its own or with grilled shellfish, salade niçoise, paella, rustic pâtés and terrines, charcuterie and sheep’s cheese. Medium bodied dry wine. 11% abv.

Delightful dry and delicate rosé packed with soft summer fruits. It has a very pale salmon colour and fine legs. On the nose, enticing aromas of wild strawberry and redcurrant are enhanced by peach melba, nectarine and kumquat. Appealing flavours of rosehip, redcurrant and whitecurrant dance on the palate with a touch of ruby grapefruit. It is subtle and elegant with uplifting acidity and freshness which gives it a lively mouthfeel. Savour the juicy flavour on the vibrant long finish.
Serve chilled with salmon or tunafish tartare. Enjoy it with grilled sardines or barbecued fish skewers. Excellent with assorted tapas, antipasti or a charcuterie platter. Also good with tomato bruschetta or tomato provençale and garlic croutons.

We’ve been creative and taken the ever-popular Cherry wine and applied our traditional method sparkling wine making skills!
This decadent Sweet Cherry Fizz has all the taste of the still Cherry but with some yeasty notes to add to the complexity and those lovely light bubbles indicative of bottle-fermented. The result is a delightful taste-bud-tingling, warming cherry treat.
It has a lovely fruity bouquet and a rich, well rounded flavour with some sweetness on the palate. A very popular feature of our range, this wine is good as an aperitif or with dessert.
From our parent vineyard – Eglantine Vineyard in Nottinghamshire – this wine is made from the juice of the Morello Cherry.
