The Grange The Pinot Noir 2022 (6 Bottles) Alresford, Hampshire, England

A possibility thanks to the warmer 2022 vintage, the wine is crimson red in colour with a heady blend of fresh raspberries, sweet spice and leather on the nose due to fermentation and maturation in two neutral French oak barrels.
The palate is bright, soft and juicy with macerated red cherries and a touch of freshly ground pepper. An uncomplicated example of the lighter style of still Pinot Noir that can be produced from Burges Field's when vintage conditions allow.

Sandridge Barton Don’t Feed the Ponies Figgie Daniel 2022 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
An energetic wine with a lively spritz. This wine is unfiltered and unfined and contains the lees in the bottle. Col Fondo means 'with the bottom' in Italian, referring to the leftover lees sediment. This is the method in which Prosecco was produced before being overly commercialised but is now regaining popularity.
This wine is light and spritzy with green apple, lemon rind, elderflower and yeasty characters. We recommend a gentle shake before serving to distribute the sediment.
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow. For every bottle purchased from this range, we'll donate 25p to the Dartmoor Preservation Association to preserve the natural habitat.

Melbury Vale Batch #02 The Signature (6 Bottles) Shaftesbury, Dorset, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
When Melbury Vale first built their winery, that vintage yielded a very small crop of what became the original Signature wine. It was a one-off bottling that represented a light fruity red wine that could be enjoyed throughout the summertime. Fast forward a few years later and our winemaker, through some blending trials, found that some of the 2018 red blend mixed with the 2018 rosé wine in tank created a juicy, fruity, flavorful light red we couldn’t stop sipping. The 2018 rosé was slightly different from the 2019 Virtue we bottled, so we decided to use the rosé in a fun, experimental way. While it’s not typical to blend red and rosé wine, once the blending started we felt like we had created something novice wine lovers all the way to oenophiles would enjoy and appreciate. On the nose you immediately pick up notes of wild cherry, fig, and bramble, while the palate is a burst of cranberry, pomegranate, and hibiscus. Best served slightly chilled, this is a crowd pleaser and is a great base wine for a party jug of a sangria type wine cocktail.
Food Pairings: charcuterie spread with cured meats, hard cheeses, grilled peppers, artichokes, and olives. Could also stand up to any dark chocolate dessert because of the bright fruitiness. Also try with balsamic macerated berries.
Amber Valley Millstone Solaris 2023 (6 Bottles) Wessington, Derbyshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
This delightful single-varietal Solaris showcases the elegance of English winemaking. On the nose, it offers a vibrant bouquet of elderflower, freshly cut grass, and exotic lychee. The palate follows with juicy pineapple and lychee flavors, supported by a long, lingering finish that reveals subtle hints of hazelnut. A backbone of fresh, zesty acidity ensures perfect balance, making this wine both refreshing and expressive.
Comparable to a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc in its crisp and clean style, this wine retains its distinct English charm, brimming with hedgerow floral notes. Approachable yet versatile, it is as enjoyable on its own as it is paired with food—a truly stunning choice for any occasion.
