Delightful dry and delicate rosé packed with soft summer fruits. It has a very pale salmon colour and fine legs. On the nose, enticing aromas of wild strawberry and redcurrant are enhanced by peach melba, nectarine and kumquat. Appealing flavours of rosehip, redcurrant and whitecurrant dance on the palate with a touch of ruby grapefruit. It is subtle and elegant with uplifting acidity and freshness which gives it a lively mouthfeel. Savour the juicy flavour on the vibrant long finish.
Serve chilled with salmon or tunafish tartare. Enjoy it with grilled sardines or barbecued fish skewers. Excellent with assorted tapas, antipasti or a charcuterie platter. Also good with tomato bruschetta or tomato provençale and garlic croutons.

Deep black in colour with cigar box, pencil shavings and truffle overlaying the ripe, rich red and black fruit beneath. Judicious use of oak and good acidity provides an impressive structure which this pure fruit clings to, offering lingering, fine tannins on the finish.
