Bodegas Frontonio is the passion project of Fernando Mora MW and oenologist Mario López. The winery is named after Saint Frontonio, the Patron Saint of the village. According to legend, Frontonio was beheaded by the Romans, his head found upstream after it had been thrown into the Ebro. Going against the current is at the heart of this project, hence the name Frontonio.
Pale lemon. Aromas of white blossom, lime peel and herbal notes. It offers a refreshing acidity and a moderate body in mouth. Precise and clean.

This limited release Pinot Gris is very reminiscent of an Alsace Pinot Gris, richer than the Bacchus and fuller bodied it is very well balanced.
