This wine is our Jane's that has been matured for 11 months in Fraîcheur barrels, which are a special mix of oak and acacia wood. It gains complexity and is all together a more serious wine.
A touch of tannin on the finish makes this a good food wine, especially with white meats and goats cheeses.
The 2023 vintage starts with touch of vanilla, then some lemony acacia on the mid palate and a touch of tannin to finish.

Anthonij Rupert Wyne was founded on the farm, L’Ormarins in Franschhoek. Originally owned by the late Anthonij Rupert, who passed away in 2001, the farm was eventually taken over by his brother Johann Rupert in 2003 and the brand named after him. It was Johann Rupert who constructed a state-of-theart winemaking facility, catapulting the farm into a prestigious wine estate. The focus is on terroir specific wines and therefore it would seem obvious that the brand is made up of an impressive portfolio of farms representing the best in grape producing locations. The portfolio is made up of L’Ormarins from Franschhoek, Rooderust from Darling, Riebeeksrivier from the Swartland and Altima from isolated Elandskloof. Each site offers optimum varietal specific growing conditions, allowing Anthonij Rupert Wyne to adhere to the requirements of their different brands.
The nose is vibrant with abundant cherry and strawberry notes, complemented by subtle floral and citrus nuances. On the palate, intense flavours of raspberry, cherry, and strawberry emerge, offering a lively, succulent freshness balanced by a smooth, well-rounded body. Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. Owned by the Deniau family, Domaine des Vaublins has been a family winery for several generations. Since 2020 the Domaine is in the hands of the current generation Nicolas and Alexandrine, and together with Cedric Allion they are making some excellent wines under his watchful eye. Their 16 hectares of vines are located on the clay and limestone hillsides on the banks of the river Cher.
This Crémant de Loire is a beautiful pale gold colour with hints of green, creating a delicate and luminous appearance. It has a gentle effervescence that lingers gracefully. The aroma is a delightful blend of fruity notes, complemented by subtle hints of white flowers like honeysuckle and acacia. On the palate, it offers a harmonious experience with a pleasant dryness, thanks to a balanced level of residual sugars. It provides a delicate and enjoyable taste that lingers long after each sip.
