Hailed as a season of near-perfect conditions, summer 2021 produced some remarkable wines. Our 2021 Pinot Noir is a benchmark of this exceptional harvest.
Harvested from our vineyard in Wiltshire, this wine pairs perfectly with duck and lamb, or simply enjoy on its own. We recommend to serve this wine on the colder side of room temperature. Some English red wines offer a better taste when served chilled and this wine is no exception to that. However, if you prefer your wine wines on the warmer side this wine can do either.

Barry Ben Sugrue – affectionately known as Boz – was Dermot’s brother, and this exceptional Blanc de Blancs is made in his memory. "The truth is there is no fitting tribute to someone like Boz… however, this is my attempt.”
Cuvée Boz – 100% Chardonnay – is from Coldharbour Vineyard in West Sussex, planted in 2005 on chalk and flint soil. Vinified in stainless steel and without any oak ageing, it shows remarkable clarity and freshness that shines through its flinty minerality and a long, toasty finish.

Monte del Frà (meaning ‘land of the monks’) gets its name from the late 15th century, when a group of Friars formed a monastery on the land. Some hundred years later, the friars leased 25 hectares for the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees. You can, in fact, still see this document today in the Vienna’s historic library. Fast forward several centuries, and Monte del Frà is now in the very capable hands of the Bonomo family. For over six decades the family have farmed this land, now resting firmly with the third generation; Marica, Silvia and Massimo Bonomo.
Delicate scents of berry fruits, raspberries, redcurrants, and wild flowers, accompanied by light and refreshing hints of green apples and by spicy tones, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla.

This is our sparkling Rosé, made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. This sweet vermouth has been hand-crafted from distilled Sauvignon wine, blended with Pinot Noir and carefully selected botanical infusions of herbs, spices and citrus peel.
Beautifully bitter wormwood aromas are intertwined with dark notes of cacao and coffee, creamy undertones of vanilla, earthy rooibos tea leaves, and sweetness from caramelised Albury honey. The wine is matured for a total of 36 months prior to release, 24 in barrel and 12 in bottle, gaining texture and complexity allowing the potential of this wine to shine through. The pinot noir has an essence of refinement that shows the longer term ageing potential of our wines.
