Introducing our award-winning Little Waddon Vineyard Sparkling White Col Fondo 2022. Made in the Italian ancestral method, Col Fondo undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, with the lees (sediment) adding complexity and texture.
Crafted from hand-destemmed, foot-crushed Phoenix and Seyval Blanc grapes grown on our Jurassic Coast vineyard, this low-intervention wine showcases our unique terroir. Wild fermentation, malolactic fermentation, cold curing over winter, and bottle fermentation create delicate frizzante bubbles.
The wine offers aromas of honeysuckle, peach, and almond, balanced by fresh lime acidity and an elderflower finish. Winner of Silver at the 2023 WineGB West Competition.
Woodchester Valley Trigonia Series Blanc de Blancs 2016 (6 Bottles) Stroud, Gloucestershire, England

This wine was bottled in early summer 2017 and has now spent six years on the lees, quietly evolving and developing those enhanced autolytic aromas and flavours. Disgorged in May 2023, the nose is still fresh and lively, with inviting biscuit and pastry aromas reminiscent of a lemon tart.

Blackbook “Pygmalion” Chardonnay 2020 (6 Bottles) Battersea, London, England

The “Pygmalion” is a rich and structured wine, packed with citrus characters, honeydew melon, and pineapple with underlying hazelnut and almond characters.
The grapes are whole bunch pressed into Burgundy barrels where they undergo natural fermentation using indigenous yeast. The wine has matured a further 20 months in barrel with frequent lees stirring.

Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.
This wine displays a light straw yellow colour, hinting at its bright and refreshing character. The nose is fresh and fruity, with delicate aromas of wildflowers and fresh fruit that create an inviting bouquet. This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to Pimms! The white base wine is Dorset grown Phoenix grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly flavorful, slightly sweetened wine is best served over ice. You can serve it in a pitcher with ice and garnish with fruit, or pour into a glass over ice and top with something fizzy. It’s so refreshing and yummy it’ll become your go to sunshine sipper!
