UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Down Field gives powerful, defined styles of Pinot Meunier which are generous, precise, and elegant. The profile here is of wild strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, with red apple and ripe peach. There’s a touch of spice from the lees ageing.
Tasting note In the glass, this is light straw in colour with a delicate mousse. On the nose, this has strawberry, peach, and peach melba notes. The flavour profile is filled with vibrant red fruit – notes of wild strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, with red apple and ripe peach. Bright, elegant acidity matches with the juicy fruit to create a delicious, vibrant wine, with floral hints of rose and some red cherry pie. There’s a touch of spice from the lees ageing. Coolhurst Demi-Sec Rosé Vintage 2017 (6 Bottles) Horsham, West Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY INCLUDED
2017 was a cracking vintage for Pinot Noir. A pale salmon colour with a fine mousse, this is a off-dry wine. The sweetness is subtle, carried by bags of red fruit, cranberries, rhubarb and strawberries on the front palate, and pronounced Pinot Noir character on the finish.
The profile is a natural partner for desserts and provides a wonderful counter to rich salty foods, cheeses and even spice.
This is an extremely limited production of less than 1200 bottles. Our first release, the 2016, sold out in under 3 weeks following a silver medal at The Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships 2020! This 2017 scored 91 points in the Tim Atkin MW England 2022 Special Wine Report, described as “expansive, subtle with herbal, raspberry and blossom notes, it continues to be the afternoon-tea wine of choice!”
We are very proud to get that level of recognition.

Exton Park Cuveé M. Isaac ‘BBB’ Blanc de Blanc 2015 (6 Bottles) Southampton, Hampshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Dedicated to our late founder, the Cuvée M. Isaac Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2015 Barrel-aged Before Bottling – or the ‘BBB’ – is our next winemaking innovation.
Sourced exclusively from the estate’s oldest Chardonnay vines during the 2015 vintage, the BBB was fermented, kept and stirred in barrels over three years to better understand the effect that longer oak ageing would have on English sparkling wine.
