Style: Grown in polytunnels, so more full bodied than a typical English red.

Deep ruby in colour, with aromas of pepper, dark berries and spice. The palate is medium bodied with gentle tannins and a slight earthiness, flavours of stewed dark fruits and spices. The perfect wine for more full flavoured meat and mushroom based dishes.
Winemakers Notes: A cheats wine in many ways! In our climate we can not ripen either Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon as they simply ripen too late, so the grapes for this are grown under cover. The blend is 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet, the grapes are fermented with daily pump overs to extract more colour, depth and body. Towards the end of the fermentation the grapes are pressed and transferred to a mixture of French oak barrels where they remain for over a year. The wine is then bottled unfined and unfiltered.

On the nose, Dancer in Pink entices with vibrant aromas of ripe strawberries and delicate cherry blossom. The palate reveals a luscious medley of red fruits, enhanced by a creamy texture from full malolactic fermentation. Laid-back and approachable, yet irresistibly moreish.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. This pale golden-hued vermouth is a blend of carefully selected white wines, fortified with a touch of brandy and infused with a secret blend of botanicals. Foxbury Fields Bacchus is a pale lime green aromatic dry white wine. The wine offers complex aromas of elderflower layered with Kiwi, grass and a herbal overlay. Well balanced with length on the palate this is a classic English Bacchus.
Created in 1933 by viticulturalist Peter Morio by crossing Silvaner x Riesling with Muller-Thurgau varieties to create a grape that produces a fine white wine. Originating in Germany, Bacchus has increasingly been grown in the United Kingdom. The climate being colder means the grapes tend to have increased levels of acidity compared to their German counterparts, giving a new flavour take on a classic German grape by keeping the flavor from becoming too intense or sugary.
