Brimming with the warmth and richness of southern Sicily, this full-bodied red is a bold yet elegant expression of the island’s character. The wine presents a generous bouquet of stone fruit notes white peach and honeysuckle with fresh citrus bursts. These delicate notes are brought together to create a wine with great clarity, a unifying minerality and slight viscosity. Pair with white fish, dishes with creamy sauces and fresh salads.
100% Pinot Gris from an Alsatian grape varietal, the grapes were pressed in early October. After low
temperature fermentation the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go through
malolactic fermentation to preserve the fresh acidity.

Our Rosé de Noirs is an expressive sparkling rosé from one of the finest vintages in England to date. Delicious notes of red cherries, strawberries and cranberries are layered with a biscuity richness and a hint of toasted almonds, leading to a long, wonderfully elegant finish.
Crafted from the finest handpicked Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown at our beautiful Sussex vineyards, the fruit destined for our Rosé de Noirs was partially fermented in Burgundian oak barrels and bottle aged for a minimum of 53 months.

The wine presents a light gold colour, a delicate bouquet of yellow plums naectarine, pear drops, gooseberry, honeysuckle and ripe figs and hints of vanilla and spice. Rich but balanced, soft and very approachable. A lovely creamy palate is developing with salinity and a long luscious finish.
2023 had perfect conditions for flowering and fruit set and a warm and dry harvest period the quality of the fruit was excellent and we harvested in early October.
