This wine is a crafted blend of flavours and textures, showcasing the best of Margaret River Shiraz. This 16 Hectares Shiraz is a medium-bodied delight, with a rich array of dark fruit flavours, including red cherry, blackberry, and spiced plum. These flavours are beautifully complemented by layers of cedar and warm spice, adding depth and complexity to the wine. With its finely textured tannins and refreshing acidity, this wine is both elegant and refined. Royal Sovereign Rosé is a dry, crisp rosé with a vibrant cerise colour made from hand-harvested Rondo grapes grown in the Tamar Valley. The wine has hints of strawberries, raspberries and summer fruits. Royal Sovereign was one of the most popular strawberry cultivars grown in Tamar Valley market gardens during the first half of the twentieth century.
