Jérémie Huchet is a fourth-generation winemaker making his mark in Muscadet. Having taken over the family estate in 2001, Jérémie immediately went about purchasing some fantastic vineyards (which now total 64 hectares), and is slowly converting everything to organic viticulture. His white and red Chapeau wines are young wines meant for easy pleasure, while the clean, mineral L`Innatendu Muscadet is an excellent introduction to Jérémie`s vineyards and winemaking style.
Its nose is floral and develops aromas of white fruits and dried apricot. The mouth is rich, generous and well structured. The mid-palate is round, ample and nice-balanced. The long finish has a smooth but spicy character.

It was brothers Fernand and Gaston who, in 1919, made the bold decision to keep their grapes and producer their own wine. Committed to protecting their land for future generations, they have both the Champagne Sustainable Viticulture and High Environmental Value certification, which they were awarded in 2015.
