Bodegas Lustau Fino Del Puerto Solera Familiar NV (6 Bottles) Jerez, Spain

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
This Fino with average age of 5 years is aged following a biological aging in the cool and humid air of the port town of El Puerto de Santa María, where the flor grows in ideal environmental conditions. Pale straw colour, dry, light and smooth. This Fino is laced with scents of the sea and profound “flor” aromas. Clean and fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast.

Pelegrim means Pilgrim in middle English (circa 12th century) and recognises the history of our forbears who walked the Pilgrim's Way above our vineyard for centuries on their final leg to Canterbury.
Pelegrim NV is a traditional bottle-fermented sparkling wine that is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay with reserve wines from previous vintages to give further complexity and a consistent extra dry non-vintage style. The wines are lees-aged in bottle for 36 months to give depth and biscuity aromas which only bottle-fermentation can deliver.

With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. This Albariño on the nose, lifted aromas of white peach, Meyer lemon and sea spray are complemented by subtle floral undertones. Hip Rosé 2022 is made from Pinot Noir grown at Off The Line vineyard. 2022 was a year that produced grapes of excellent quality. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed, aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with lees stirring.
It’s super pale in colour, dry and Provencal is style. Linear it yields stone fruit, redcurrant, savoury and floral tones with a refreshing finish.
