Josef Chromy is one of Tasmania's most famous influential wine figures, having owned and developed some of the state's most prominent wineries, including Rochecombe (now Bay Of Fires), Jansz, Tamar Ridge and Heemskerk vineyards. In 2007 he established the winery that would bear his name, which quickly became one of Tasmania's leading wine producers.
A vibrant nose of zesty lemon, lime, and kaffir lime leaves, complemented by subtle hints of roasted fennel and bay leaves. On the palate, it’s juicy and refreshing, with lively acidity and a fresh, vibrant character. The wine offers excellent length and focus, with a pleasant texture and a hint of chalky minerality, adding depth and intrigue.

Aldwick Estate Woodlands Oak Bacchus 2022 (6 Bottles) Bristol, Somerset, England

Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.
This wine displays a light straw yellow colour, hinting at its bright and refreshing character. The nose is fresh and fruity, with delicate aromas of wildflowers and fresh fruit that create an inviting bouquet. Inversion 2020 is a limited-edition Blanc de Noir, with only 1,939 bottles produced. Crafted from 83% Pinot Noir and 17% Pinot Meunier, this wine showcases the best of the Upper Levels vineyard, where the unique terroir lends complexity and depth to the blend. Dominated by the robust Pinot Noir 777 clone (67% of the blend), it is complemented by clones 386, 521, and 817, each contributing to its layered profile.
The wine’s character is shaped by a careful balance of 97% stainless steel aging and 3% maturation in 5-year-old Burgundian barrels, enhancing its finesse. Burgundy yeast Spark amplifies the aromatics, while a non-interventionist approach—eschewing malolactic fermentation and fining—ensures the wine expresses its true varietal essence.
On the nose, Inversion bursts with vibrant red fruit aromas, underpinned by subtle hints of spice and earthiness. The palate delivers a powerful and expressive profile, brimming with red berries, yet refined with a distinctive “grown-up” edge. A backbone of vibrant acidity cleanses the palate, creating a clean and satisfying finish.

Our highly anticipated, limited release wine is full-bodied with aromas of blackberry and sweet spice, a palate of crunchy red fruit with polished tannins and a bright finish. Made from 100% Divico grapes.
Divico is a new grape variety in England specifically developed to create a rich, fruit-forward red wine in our cool climate. Our third harvest yielded 356 bottles. The wine is deep red in colour with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, tinned plums and sweet spice. The palate is full bodied with crunchy red fruit and vanilla toffee, polished tannins and a bright finish. Our winemaker thinks this wine is a 'bit of a cracker' with good potential to age.
This limited edition wine is hand labelled, individually numbered and signed. It comes in a gift bag with a detailed tech sheet.
