100% Pinot Noir
A concentrated and polished English Pinot Noir from our Sussex vineyards. The 2023 vintage is a classic: juicy, crunchy, vibrant and all held in an elegant structure.
Juicy, crunchy, vibrant Pinot Noir all held in an elegant, very ‘classic’ structure. Concentrated brambles (blackberry) and black cherry, damson fruit overlaid with quintessential Pinot perfumed aromatics and subtle dry spice. Subtle fennel and violet give further aromatic complexity and intrigue.
Medium-light, chalky tannins give the wine great texture, acidity is refreshing but well-integrated and harmonious. Long, complete finish with all components pulling-together to the end.
The Burgundy clones used lend this wine perfumed aromatics and subtle dry spice. At home alongside seasonal game or earthy, slow-cooked vegetarian dishes. Suitable to drink now but has potential to age for a further five years.

Light golden hues and a slight silver undertone illuminate this delicately effervescent wine. Aromas of pure lemon, mineral, honey and a hint of tangerine fill the nose. The palate has a lively, sweet lemon start offset by a crisp acidity and a very clean, pure structure.

Inspired by our home and delicately pale to look at, this still wine blend of the traditional champagne varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay) shows just what English rosé is capable of. Brimming with delicious summer berry and a zesty freshness, from clay Hush Heath vineyards are ideally suited to create this soft, delicate dry style – the character of the wine echoes the beautiful English summer fruit orchards which inspired it. Berkshire Breeze is the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Made with Madeleine Angevine grapes and natural peach flavour, this refreshing drink perfectly combines the soft, delicious character of ripe peach with a crisp, citrusy profile. Very flavoursome, with a medium body, a fleshy finish and a slightly off-dry character. Vegan friendly.
Best served very chilled. Delightful on its own, or for an extra refreshing twist, serve it over ice with a sprig of mint and a slice of fresh peach. Great also as a cocktail ingredient and for a spritz. Perfect alongside vibrant green salads, grilled fish and fruit tart.
This aromatised wine-based drink is made with Madeleine Angevine grapes fermented at a low temperature in stainless-steel vessels to retain the delicate floral characteristics. Aged for a few months in neutral vessels before release, and then aromatised with natural peach essence.
The bottle has no plastic or metal capsule to avoid unnecessary packaging. A simpler look for a more sustainable future!

An award winning Chardonnay, a perfect expression of a lightly oaked aromatic English Chardonnay.
The wine presents a light gold colour, a delicate bouquet of yellow plums naectarine, pear drops, gooseberry, honeysuckle and ripe figs and hints of vanilla and spice. Rich but balanced, soft and very approachable. A lovely creamy palate is developing with salinity and a long luscious finish.
2023 had perfect conditions for flowering and fruit set and a warm and dry harvest period the quality of the fruit was excellent and we harvested in early October.
