During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
This pale golden-hued vermouth is a blend of carefully selected white wines, fortified with a touch of brandy and infused with a secret blend of botanicals. The nose is immediately greeted with intense aromas of dried herbs, citrus peel, and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, the wine reveals a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with flavours of green apple, fennel, and a touch of bitter almond. Owned by the Deniau family, Domaine des Vaublins has been a family winery for several generations. Since 2020 the Domaine is in the hands of the current generation Nicolas and Alexandrine, and together with Cedric Allion they are making some excellent wines under his watchful eye. Their 16 hectares of vines are located on the clay and limestone hillsides on the banks of the river Cher.
This Sauvignon Blanc showcases itself behind a golden hue adorned with green undertones, displaying impeccable clarity and remarkable depth. Its bouquet exudes the essence of delicate citrus fruits, particularly grapefruit, accompanied by a discernible mineral character. With aeration, the wine unveils invigorating hints of freshly squeezed lemon entwined with the essence of white fruit, pear, and green apples. On the palate, the wine possesses a crispness that borders on a steely sharpness, bursting forth with vibrant flavours of gooseberry, peanut, and nettle, courtesy of its ageing on lees.

Antonin Guyon started buying vineyards in Gevrey-Chambertin and Meursault in the 1960s. A decade later, his son Dominique added 350 plots in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. Today, Dominique and his daughter Hombeline, the fifth generation of the family, look after a domaine covering more than fifteen different appellations.
This vibrant, ruby-hued Pinot Noir offers a lifted bouquet of wild strawberry, red cherry, and rose petal, layered with subtle forest floor and gentle spice. the wine showcases purity of fruit and a bright, cool-climate character. On the palate, it is finely structured and crisp, with lively acidity and delicate, chalky tannins framing the red berry core. A touch of sap and spice adds complexity through the mid-palate, leading to a clean, mineral-driven finish with a hint of savoury nuance.

Here it is! The great 2018 vintage has arrived, our fourth harvest of Lady Elizabeth Rosé. Heralded as one of the best English wine growing years where everything came together, certainly in the South East and particularly Sussex.
Our distinctive pale salmon colour sits alongside deliciously defined fruit. It’s the full gamut of citrus to peach with red fruit scintillation. This wine is built to last and will benefit from extended cork ageing, but nonetheless is also delicious right now and displays our trademark soft mousse and gentle acidity.

This comes from the exceptional vintage of 2022, the first time we’ve been able to get the required ripeness in the fruit to make a still Pinot Gris to go alongside our iconic sparkling Pinot Gris. This still certainly does not disappoint.
