Establishing itself as one of the UK 'signature varietals', Madeleine is a very distinctive early ripening grape with a thin skin and a very floral, delicate character. It grows with great exuberance here and often overcrops.
A light and delicate bouquet with a refreshing burst of zingy lemon on the palate followed by distinctive elderflower. A dry and refreshing still white, offering depth and a smooth minerality but balanced with crisp acidity on the palate.

First made here at Dedham Vale Vineyard in 2018, we named Willow Lake after the beautiful view that greets you on arrival. Due to its huge popularity on the 2019 tours, it quickly sold out. A fresh wine, with apricots and almonds on the nose followed by tropical fruits and greengages on the palate. It is the perfect English wine for summer.

Núria Altés is a native of Batea, Terra Alta, and her family have been growers for generations. A proud Catalan, Núria is deeply immersed in the history of the region and will gladly recount the stories of her beloved land over a glass of Garnatxa Negra. She worked in local wineries before forming a partnership with her English husband, Rafael De Haan, to start Herència Altés, a project proudly carrying her family`s name in tribute to their work in the vineyards of Terra Alta over many generations.
Light and bright colour with golden reflections. Very expressive nose that awakens aromas of citrus, fruit and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is very fresh, with a vibrant acidity, and very elegant.

Blackbook “Nightjar” Reserve Pinot Noir 2019 (6 Bottles) Battersea, London, England

The Nightjar reserve pinot noir is made using grapes sourced from Clayhill Vineyard in Essex. The wine is matured for a total of 36 months prior to release, 24 in barrel and 12 in bottle, gaining texture and complexity allowing the potential of this wine to shine through. A one-off reserve sparkling wine, six years in the making and only 1,200 bottles produced – this has been a special project Ben has worked on since Flint opened its doors in 2016.
Made from Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, the VMV is a blend of the best juice from across three vintages, ⅔ aged in oak, secondary fermentation in bottle, and aged on its lees for a further three years.
