For several years now our Orion, Reichensteiner and Phoenix have been expertly blended to produce the perfect English dry white wine. It is delightfully light on the palate with aromas of melon and grapefruit, with hints of kumquat and citrus.
Colchester Oyster was conceived to be the ideal complement for a wide variety of seafood and shellfish dishes, and while it has definitely achieved that aim, over the years it has also gained a following from our customers and remains one of our most popular white wines today.

Vibrant aromas of sweet orange, mint and kaffir lime leaf are complimented by bold black tea and sweet honeybush with a hint of bay leaf and toasted oak for added complexity. A delicious amalgamation of nutmeg, orange peel, lemon balm and just a hint of Tasmanian mountain pepper adds body and, as with any vermouth, wormwood provides a distinctive tongue-smacking bitterness.

Stanlake Park Wine Estate Pinot Noir Rosé 2022 (6 Bottles) Twyford, Berkshire, England

Pale pink colour, dry with delicate and lingering notes of raspberry, red cherry and grapefruit. The perfect refreshing English Rosé Wine to enjoy well-chilled by itself in summer, or with fresh salads and other light meals.
All our wines are vegan friendly. This wine has been made following low-intervention techniques, which means that a little, non-harmful deposit can be seen in some bottles.
This wine is made from a small parcel of Stanlake Park’s Pinot Noir grapes, enabling an extraordinary balance between freshness and fruitiness.
Made with handpicked grapes, a short maceration on the skins extracts a delicate colour, with fermentation taking place at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness. Released after only a few months of maturation. Unfiltered, so a small deposit can occur in some bottles – this is totally natural and harmless.
Keep horizontally in a dry and dark place, away from heat, sunlight and vibrations.

This comes from the exceptional vintage of 2022, the first time we’ve been able to get the required ripeness in the fruit to make a still Pinot Gris to go alongside our iconic sparkling Pinot Gris. Hungerhill Merstone Bacchus 2023 (6 Bottles) Bedford, Bedfordshire, England

Our Bacchus is made from hand-picked grapes, harvested in early October 2023, the Bacchus grapes from Suffolk, Essex, Oxfordshire and Hungerhill Vineyard were gently pressed in our winery. The pale lemon juice was Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in a third vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.
This white wine starts with a floral, citrus and elderflower nose and have aromas of citrus, grapefruit and peach. The Merstone Bacchus is refreshing on the palace and has a long finish.
Merstone Bacchus pairs perfectly with seafood, fish and chips dishes or can be enjoyed on its own.
Toppesfield Toppesfield Rosé 2022 (6 Bottles) Halstead, Essex, England

Toppesfield Pinot Rosé is a dry, Provençal style rosé with hints of English strawberries and citrus. It is a pale pink colour, with a refreshing finish and very ‘drinkable’ on a warm summers day – with or without food. When we decided we wanted to make sparkling wine we also wanted to make our mark. We looked at all the fantastic offerings in the English sparkling wine category and decided to make our sparkling wine in a different way.
Using the Charmat method, a production technique favoured by many Italian and German producers of quality sparkling wine, we were able to produce a different style of wine giving a more fruit driven, easy drinking and approachable style.
