The latest release of our highly successful Classic Cuvée Brut that was originally released in 2019, and sold out quickly.
This new release is made from grapes from the excellent 2019 and 2020 vintages. Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, secondary fermentation in bottle followed by 24 months gaining complexity on lees. The wine therefore benefits from some lovely bottle age and is ready to be enjoyed now. 12% ABV.

The palate is dry and lively, showing flavours of green apple, lime zest and tropical citrus. Our Bacchus may contain Tartrate crystals, also known as wine diamonds, which are harmless, naturally occurring crystalline deposits that form in wine when tartaric acid and potassium bind together.
